Your health and safety is our top priority.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) has begun to have an increased impact on our communities. We, at Savol Pools, feel it is important to connect directly with you to share more about the steps we are taking to help keep you, our staff and techs healthy, along with information about your swimming pool. This is a situation that we will continue to monitor each day and adjust as necessary to the changing times. Your swimming pool is your haven, and Savol Pools is committed to service and keep your pool fully operational. If you are uncertain about what the state of emergency means for your pool use:
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention provides preventive measures on their website and in an official guidance statement, the organization states:
“There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.”
There are new developments that continue to be released regarding the Coronavirus. Savol Pools has always taken great pride in our clean and well run operation, and we know this is more important now than ever. Our showroom, warehouse and service vehicles are cleaned and disinfected daily and thoroughly. We are incorporating guidelines from the CDC, which recommends regular cleaning, an important preventative measure.
In the field, our techs will be utilizing gloves and sanitary procedures while servicing your pool. They will also be wiping down all service areas when repairs have been completed.
Savol Pools is always committed to taking care of the health of all our employees. We will continue to care for all needs of our employees and family to keep them healthy and safe.
As these times continue to be fluid and perhaps fluctuate, our working hours and customer response times may change without notice. We will do our best to be responsive and complete your service as quickly as possible, but there may be delays due to unknown circumstances.
Understandably, everyone’s life and work is affected by this situation. If you have made a request for service and need to reschedule, please advise us as quickly as possible.
The health and safety of our employees and our customers is of the utmost importance. Should the situation call for a halt in our service, you will be notified quickly and hope that you understand the situation.
The health and safety of all of us, both our customers and employees are our greatest concern. We are all in this situation together.
Please take the greatest of care of yourself, your family, your friends and your neighbors.
Sincerely,
Ken Camello and the staff at Savol Pools.
